The 12-month workmanship warranty, in plain words
Every permanent hot-mix repair is covered for 12 months from completion. If the patch de-bonds, ravels at the edges or breaks up inside that period because of how it was cut, prepared or laid, we come back and redo it at no charge. To claim, email photos of the failed area with the address; we inspect and reply in writing.
What the warranty does not cover, so there are no surprises: Quick Fix cold-mix patches, which are a temporary safety measure; settlement of base or backfill under the repair; new cracking outside the repaired area; damage from fuel or oil spills; and vehicles heavier than the surface was built for.
