Out-of-hours work and traffic management are priced as separate lines on the quote, so you see them before you approve. The price assumes the base under the asphalt is sound. If we open a hole and find the base has failed, we stop and send a written price for the extra work before we carry on.
The right fix for a carpark pothole
Cold-mix patching is quick and works in the rain, but in a carpark with turning cars and delivery trucks it is a temporary fix that lasts weeks to months.
A permanent repair is cut square, cleaned out, tack-coated and filled with compacted hot-mix. On a sound base it lasts 8–12 years.

We can work early mornings, overnight or at weekends so the carpark stays open. We cone off only the bays we are working in, and hot-mix patches can usually take traffic the same day. If your site needs a traffic management plan, we price it into the quote.

What warranty do you give on carpark repairs?
Permanent hot-mix repairs carry a 12-month workmanship warranty. Quick Fix cold-mix patches are a temporary safety fix and are not covered by it.
What happens if the base under the asphalt has failed?
The fixed price assumes a sound base. If we open a hole and find soft or wet base material, we stop, show you photos and send a written price for the extra work before we carry on.
