How much does pothole repair cost in Auckland?
A single pothole patch at Rapidpatch starts from NZ$450 plus GST. Multi-patch bundles for carparks range from $950 to $1,800. Trench and edge reinstatement from $2,400 per site. Every quote is fixed price with no site-visit fee.

How long does a pothole repair last?
Every Rapidpatch repair carries a 12-month workmanship warranty. If a patch fails within that period we replace it at no cost.
Cold-mix repairs typically last 1-3 years in most settings. Permanent hot-mix repairs scheduled in summer can last 10+ years.
Can you repair potholes in the rain?
Yes. Our cold-mix repairs can be applied in wet conditions, including directly into water-filled potholes. We don't reschedule for weather. Your booked day is your day.

How fast can you come out?
Standard bookings are within 48 hours of quote acceptance. Urgent same-day or next-day work is available with a $250 surcharge. Overnight work (10pm-5am) is available for commercial sites at a 40% surcharge.
What areas of Auckland do you cover?
All of the Auckland region - North Shore, Central Auckland, East, South, and West Auckland, and surrounding suburbs.
We do not repair main roads - that's Auckland Transport's work. We fix private carparks, driveways, body-corp roads, service stations, industrial yards, and commercial properties.
Do you service commercial property managers?
Yes. We work with property-management firms across Auckland including body corporates, shopping centre operators, service station chains, and industrial landlords.

Do you do after-hours or overnight work?
Yes. Overnight repairs (10pm-5am) are available for 24/7 commercial sites including service stations, distribution centres, hospitals, drive-thrus, and shopping centres. Overnight bookings carry a 40% surcharge over the standard price.
Do I need council permission to repair a pothole on my driveway?
No. Private driveways, carparks, and body-corp roads are your property to maintain. Auckland Council and Auckland Transport only manage public roads. You do not need consent to repair asphalt on your own land.
Who can fix a pothole on my driveway?
If it's on private property - your driveway, a body-corp road, a carpark - you can hire any qualified contractor. We don't touch main roads (that's Auckland Transport's job) but everything else on private land is our work.
