Why a fixed price from photos holds
The price is fixed for the scope in your photos, and the quote says exactly what it covers. It assumes the base under the asphalt is sound. If we find base failure once the asphalt is open, work stops and you get a written price before anything extra is done. Jobs too large to judge from photos, over about 10 m², get a site visit first.
