Rapidpatch is New Zealand's only dedicated pothole repair specialist. If Auckland: we book the repair direct, usually within 48 hours.
If outside Auckland: we dispatch to a vetted approved asphalt specialist on our partner network in your region. Same fixed-price discipline. Local crew. Typical turnaround 5–7 days from quote acceptance.
On completion you receive an insurance-ready PDF report — formatted for body-corp committees, school boards, retirement village ops managers, and insurers.

What we don't do
Rapidpatch is a specialist. We don't do new asphalt installations, full driveway resurfacing, kerbing, or line marking — those are jobs better suited to generalist asphalt contractors with the equipment and crew set up for that scale. If your job is over a couple of square metres, or the surface is too far gone for patching to make sense, we'll say so in the quote and refer you to a generalist contractor.
Why fixed-price beats day-rate for pothole repair

Rapidpatch publishes prices, gives you a fixed quote from a photo, and stands behind the price. Common questions
How quickly can you start a job outside Auckland?
Typical turnaround is 5–7 days from quote acceptance via the approved-partner network. Urgent jobs (safety hazards) can sometimes be brought forward — flag urgency in the form.
Can I deal with the local partner directly?
No — the entire workflow runs through Rapidpatch. You submit the photo to us, we quote, we dispatch, the partner does the work, we collect the PDF report, you pay us. One contract, one warranty, one accountability point.
What if the partner doesn't deliver to your standard?
Same 12-month warranty applies. Rapidpatch backs the work regardless of which partner did it. Partner agreements include a workmanship clause that puts the cost of remediation on the partner if a repair fails inside the warranty window.
Are partner prices the same as Auckland direct?
Quoted to local market rates — slightly different per region but always fixed-price up-front. The price you see is the price you pay.
